Relentless Boutique Return Policy

ONLINE ORDERS ARE THE SAME AS INSTORE 

At Relentless Boutique, we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below: 

Refund/Exchange Period: STORE CREDIT ONLY: Returns or exchanges are issued as STORE CREDIT within 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria: 

Condition: Items must be UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, DAMAGE FREE and FREE from any signs of wear. 

Tags: Original tags must still be attached.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging 

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. 

Exchanges:  We will only accept exchanges that are sent back with prior contact. If the exchanged item cost less than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as a STORE CREDIT. 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that Relentless Boutique will only refund the price of the product/order; shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned,

Including - SWIM, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, GIFT CARDS 

Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items or items purchased during a SALE are considered FINAL SALE.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at shoprelentlessboutique@gmail.com. Once approved, items must be sent to 461 Main Street Unit 104, East Greenwich, RI 02818. 

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING, YOU WILL GET A STORE CREDIT VIA EMAIL, ALSO KNOWN AS AN e-GIFT CARD.
